What happens to what you send
- Nothing here is published
- This form creates no listing. Your address does not go on the marketplace, no buyer can see it, and there is no button on our side that puts it there — a listing is built by hand, by a person, and only ever after that.
- Nobody is contacted
- Sending this does not email, text or call the owner, an agent, a buyer or anyone else. This platform has no such connection, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- A person reads it
- No licence lookup, no property record, no identity check — none of it is automatic. A person on our team reads what you wrote, in their own queue, and what they decide is recorded. Anyone can type any address into a form, which is exactly why one is read before it is anything else.
Not a property you own?
- You are a licensed agent acting for the owner
- There is a shorter form that asks for your licence first, then the property.

- That is a wholesale deal and it goes somewhere else — a submission wizard rather than this form.
