Research
We hold a large body of recorded county deeds and tax-roll data assembled to run this marketplace. Where a question can be answered from those records without naming anybody, we publish the answer and the data behind it.

How we publish
Aggregate only. Reports are county and quarter totals. We do not publish a directory of people or companies from these records, and the tables have no column one could be written into.
Editions are frozen. Each edition is dated and keeps its own URL and its own CSV. A later edition is added; it never overwrites an earlier one, so a citation keeps resolving to the figures it cited.
Every source states its own coverage limit. Registers publish on different schedules with different gaps, and each report reproduces those limits in the publisher’s own words rather than summarising them into one sentence that would be true of none of them.
Counts, not valuations. We report what was recorded. We publish no estimate of what a property is worth and nothing derived from one.
Recorded deeds show only double closings, where the wholesaler takes title. An assignment — the more common exit — records one deed and never names the wholesaler, so they cannot appear here at all.
Licence and reuse
Everything on these pages, and every CSV linked from them, is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You may republish, chart and build on it, including commercially, with attribution to VestorsHub, vestorshub.com. The licence covers this compilation — the aggregation, the resale detection and the tables. The underlying instruments are Florida public records published by the counties named in each report and are not ours to license.
