Community rules
These rules apply to everything you post on VestorsHub: messages, questions about a listing, offers and the documents you attach to them, and listings. You agree to them before you post anything another person will see.
Do not post
- Threats, harassment, bullying or intimidation of anyone.
- Hate speech, slurs, or content that demeans people for who they are — including anything that discriminates in housing on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.
- Sexual or sexually suggestive content, graphic violence, or anything illegal.
- Scams or fraud: fake listings, false statements about a property or about yourself, or asking anyone to send money, deposits, passwords or banking details through a message.
- Impersonation of another person, company or of VestorsHub staff.
- Spam: repeated or unsolicited promotion, messages unrelated to the listing, or links to harmful or deceptive sites.
- Someone else's personal information — a phone number, address, ID or financial details — without their permission.
What happens if someone breaks these rules
- Messages containing slurs, sexual content or threats are refused before they are sent.
- You can report any message, listing, offer or question with Report, and block the other party from a conversation. Reports go to VestorsHub staff for review.
- Staff can remove messages, and can ban a seller or an internet address from the service.
